Will manages to convince Mike that he has done them a big favour with Proctors. Luce, however, smells a rat - Will is lying to protect his position and manipulate Seethru to his own ends.
As the marketing launch approaches, the friction between Will and Luce intensifies. Then they discover that cyber-squatters on a pornography site are siphoning off some of their traffic - which jeopardises the marketing launch.
Mike and Fran clinch a deal to feature webcasts on the site, but funding is needed and Mike and Luce are concerned that Yvonne is not delivering. Will has a solution, but there's a catch.
Mike may have cleansed his conscience by denouncing the sponsorship deal on the site but it leaves Luce horrified. Nevertheless, she agrees to support her husband against a dumbfounded Will and an apologetic Yvonne.
Guilty consciences are rife in the Seethru offices and the emotional gap between Mike and Luce widens. Yvonne, seeing this as an opportunity for office gossip, chooses the wrong ally in Will and inadvertently pushes...
Fran decides to sort things out with Mike so, putting her own feelings aside, she suggests to him that pulling the business round might also get his marriage back on track.
