S01E02: Scareful What You Wish For
Dylan Pierce is trying to put his childhood behind him, to move on. However, he soon learns that some things just won't stay put, as he soon begins to be stalked by a young, strange little boy, who looks like an exact replica of his favorite childhood doll, named Buddy. Buddy doesn't like the fact that Dylan would like to have nothing to do with him any more, and slowly begins to ruin Dylan's life. However, Dylan is in the greatest of dangers when he is home alone with the doll.
Overview
The Nightmare Room is an American children's anthology horror series that aired on Kids' WB. The series was based on the short-lived book series The Nightmare Room children's books created by Goosebumps author, R.L. Stine. The Nightmare Room originally aired from August 31, 2001, to March 16, 2002, in the United States. It was rated TV-Y7 for fantasy violence and scenes deemed too scary or disturbing for younger viewers in the United States.
Reruns of the series started airing on Chiller on January 7, 2013.
