S01E19: The Future of Humanity
In order to bring the final God candidate into a discussion, Mirai and the other four God candidates reach out to them through a live TV broadcast. As the situation grows tense when Self-Defense Force attack helicopters show up, the last God candidate finally appears. His name is Gaku Yoneda. Known as the world's smartest man, he's a Nobel Prize recipient and college professor. Yoneda's involvement causes people around the world to swell with excitement. Then Yoneda begins to explain his theory regarding God to Mirai and the other God candidates.
Overview
As his classmates celebrate their middle school graduation, troubled Mirai is mired in darkness. But his battle is just beginning when he receives some salvation from above in the form of an angel. Now Mirai is pitted against 12 other chosen humans in a battle in which the winner becomes the next god of the world. Mirai has an angel in his corner, but he may need to become a devil to survive.
