Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins friends to learn how to do the high jump. With their help, Ziggy discovers that he doesn't need his pogo stick, that you could hop over the high jump, and that eating sports candy can help provide energy to jump. Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic as he shows how to do super jumps, and Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody present the latest headlines in LazyTown News.
