Overview
Ranczo ["Ranch"] is a Polish television comedy series, directed by Wojciech Adamczyk, that has aired since March 2006 on TVP1. It follows the story of Lucy Wilska, a Polish-American who has inherited her grandmother's country home in the fictional small town of Wilkowyje. She arrives in Wilkowyje intent on selling the cottage but, after seeing the charm of the village, decides to stay.

S01E03 Priest's initiative
Lucy wants to take up teaching in a local school. Headmaster's enthusiasm about an actual American working for her clashes with mayor's strict opposition.
S01E04 Sobering up
Lucy sees many problems in the village, all of which come from alcohol. She focuses on the illegally brewed kind first.
S01E05 County news
A flu epidemic breaks out in Wilkowyje. Witebski, the Polish teacher, comes up with the idea of starting a local newspaper.

Lucy's shelter fills up. Kusy gets Witebski to issue a fake segment about the European Union household dog subsidies.
S01E08 Scapegoats
Mayor spreads a rumor that Lucy wants to breed goats. Hadziukowa wishes to join the business.
S01E09 Rehab and contraceptives
Lucy asks doctor Wezół to do a lecture on contraceptives. Kusy continues the struggle to stay sober.
S01E10 Kidnapping
Lucy is kidnapped. Kusy gets the priest and mayor to act. Kidnappers' wives take matters into their own hands.
S01E11 Common enemy
A supernatural event worries the village. Lucy finds a solution, but it requires the priest and mayor's cooperation.
S01E12 County honour
A European Union delegation visits Wilkowyje. Due to certain circumstances, the priest will replace the mayor.
S01E13 The big election
The mayor is sure he will win the oncoming election, when he finds out Lucy is a candidate as well. He sends a spy to join her committee.
