A-ro tends to Seon-u after an accident, Ji-dwi has a bad dream, the hwarang go hunting and the queen gives Princess Sookmyung an order.
S01E12 Sparring Competition
The hwarang ponder rumors about the king and get a break from training. Ji-dwi gets philosophical and Su-ho helps the queen.
S01E13 Amity Delegates
Silla decides to send a delegation to Baekje to avoid war. Wehwa asks the hwarang for volunteers to escort the delegates led by Princess Sookmyung.
S01E14 Reveal Yourself
The hwarang face dangers on the road. Ahnji gives Jiso news that she does not want to hear. Princess Sookmyung gets an unexpected offer in Baekje.
S01E15 A Sword Fight
Tempers run high between Silla and Baekje. Seon-u confronts the Baekje Crown Prince and A-ro’s fate remains uncertain.
S01E16 Come to Me
Rumors about Seon-u put him in a difficult position. Princess Sookmyung seeks the truth. Jiso makes a surprising announcement of her own.
S01E17 Get the Medicine
Ji-dwi wants his throne -- as King Jinheung. Ahnji has his hands full dealing with a plague outside the capital. Jiso’s power comes into question.

A-ro is made a Wonhwa. The hwarang have a new leader. Seon-u deals with surprising news. Han-seong tries to do the right thing. Jiso’s time may be up.
S01E19 Become King
Jinheung makes an announcement and risks Jiso’s wrath. Seon-u wonders if he could be a better leader. Ahnji faces his toughest case yet.
S01E20 Hail King Jinheung!
Jinheung and Seon-u come face to face. Su-ho suspects foul play. Jiso may have a traitor on her hands. The hwarang stand behind their choice.
