A magazine reporter is going to interview the PND. TUNG warns his team to be cautious and not to leak out any sensitive information regarding their negotiations. The reporter JOE is very interested in KWONG’s first successful case. He keeps on questioning KWONG the details. Unexpectedly, JOE finds a confidential document after the interview. TUNG blames KWONG who must have disclosed sensitive information. KWONG finds himself very innocent and proposes to resign his post in the PND. CHLOE watns to help KWONG wipe away his disgrace and goes to see the reporter. JOE admits that he had picked the confidential document accidentally and it was not KWONG who disclosed the information to him. TUNG knows that he has blamed KWONG wrongly and persuades KWONG to stay sincerely. However, KWONG does not move at all. CHLOE has blossomed a good impression on KWONG. She goes everywhere to search for KWONG’s favorite badge.… ...
Overview
The story follows the lead characters through their experiences as members of the Police Negotiation Cadre (PNC). The PNC is a volunteer unit of the Hong Kong police force specializing in negotiations with terrorist members, partakers of local violence, and individuals contemplating suicide. The whole series is dotted with both large and small cases handled by the story's heroes and heroines.
